Chili Sauce

rice vinegar

vegetable oil

pepper or to taste
- Dice chilis, garlic and shallots
- Sautee onion in oil for 3-5min, until transparent, then add garlic and continue sauteeing for 30s
- Stir in chilis, tomatoes, sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar
- Simmer until the sauce thickens, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
- Let fully cool down, then blend in a mixer
