Chili Sauce

  1. Dice chilis, garlic and shallots
  2. Sautee onion in oil for 3-5min, until transparent, then add garlic and continue sauteeing for 30s
  3. Stir in chilis, tomatoes, sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar
  4. Simmer until the sauce thickens, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  5. Let fully cool down, then blend in a mixer
