can pureed tomatoes

can kidney beans

can other beans (or more)

can corn

sour cream
- Chop onions, garlic and chili peppers
- Pan-fry onions until transparent, add garlic and continue for 30s
- Add meat and tomato puree, fry until done and add salt, pepper and paprika
- Add tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens
- Add beans and corn and continue simmering
- Season to taste
- Serve topped with sour cream
