Cheesecake Frosting
- 100

sugar
- 200

cream cheese
- 1
egg
- 1

vanilla sugar
- Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
- Spread butter in baking form
- Melt butter and mix with 500g sugar
- Add 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar and 4 eggs
- Mix well, until eggs are foamy
- Add flour cocoa and salt, mix until smooth
- Pour batter into baking form, leave a few Tbsps in the original container
- Mix frosting ingredients well and pour over batter
- Add fruits and remaining batter on top
- Bake for 30-35min and let cool to room temperature
