Cheesecake Brownies

Batter

  • 200 g butter
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp salt
  • 50 g small fruits or berries (optional)

Cheesecake Frosting

  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
  2. Spread butter in baking form
  3. Melt butter and mix with 500g sugar
  4. Add 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar and 4 eggs
  5. Mix well, until eggs are foamy
  6. Add flour cocoa and salt, mix until smooth
  7. Pour batter into baking form, leave a few Tbsps in the original container
  8. Mix frosting ingredients well and pour over batter
  9. Add fruits and remaining batter on top
  10. Bake for 30-35min and let cool to room temperature
