Carbonara

egg yolks

spaghetti

pepper or to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Cube pancetta and pan-fry until done
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add cheese and spices and mix well
- Once pasta and pancetta are done, immediately add to egg mix and stir well
