- Mince garlic, mix with 3 Tbsp olive oil and crush garlic pieces
- Mix 2 Tbsp olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
- Slice tomatoes and rip basil leaves, put into oil-vinegar mix and leave for 10-15min
- Preheat oven to 200C convection
- Half ciabatta and spread garlic oil on it
- Cut onion into rings and put on baguettes
- Top with parmesan and bake for 5min
- Put tomatoes and basil on top of ciabatta
