Bruschetta

  1. Mince garlic, mix with 3 Tbsp olive oil and crush garlic pieces
  2. Mix 2 Tbsp olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
  3. Slice tomatoes and rip basil leaves, put into oil-vinegar mix and leave for 10-15min
  4. Preheat oven to 200C convection
  5. Half ciabatta and spread garlic oil on it
  6. Cut onion into rings and put on baguettes
  7. Top with parmesan and bake for 5min
  8. Put tomatoes and basil on top of ciabatta
