Black Bean Burger Patties

  1. Mix chia seeds with 60ml water and set aside (1)
  2. Combine black beans and sunflower seeds in a mixer and mix until smooth
  3. Add all other ingredients and continue mixing (2)
  4. Form dough into 4 patties and fry for 12-15min on each side

Notes

(1) Instead, you can also use an egg
(2) Final dough should be faily wet, but easy to form
If it's too runny, add some flour, if it's too solid, add some water
