Big Mac Sauce

• 60 g mayonaise
• 1 Tbsp dill relish (or pickle water)
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey or agave syrup)
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
• 1 Tbsp apple vinegar
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp salt

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
