Banana-Oat Cookies

peanut butter

rolled oats

cinnamon (optional)

vanilla sugar (optional)

chocolate sprinkls (optional)
- Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
- Mash bananas and combine with peanut butter and cinnamon/vanilla sugar, mix well
- Stir in oats
- Transfer batter onto a baking tray using a spoon, each cookie should be 5-10cm in diameter and about 0.5cm thick
- Add sprinkles and bake for 15-20min
