Banana-Oat Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
  2. Mash bananas and combine with peanut butter and cinnamon/vanilla sugar, mix well
  3. Stir in oats
  4. Transfer batter onto a baking tray using a spoon, each cookie should be 5-10cm in diameter and about 0.5cm thick
  5. Add sprinkles and bake for 15-20min
