Avocado Pasta Salad

avocados

cherry tomatoes

corn
- 400

spinach

ml
milk
- 1
lemon juiced
- 1
clove garlic
- 1
Tbsp
olive oil
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
tsp
pepper or to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Spoon out 2 avocados, mince garlic and puree with spinach, milk, olive oil and lemon juice
- Season with salt and pepper
- Dice last avocado and combine all ingredients in a bowl
