Aloo Gobi

  1. Dice onion, potato, cauliflower and tomatoes, mince garlic and ginger
  2. Sautee onion for 3-5 min in oil. until transparent
  3. Add ginger, garlic, cumin, tumeric, koriander and chili powder, continue sauteeing for 30s
  4. Add tomatoes, fry until slightly brown
  5. Add potatoes, broth and salt, simmer for 5-6min
  6. Add cauliflower and simmer with lid on until the vegetables are soft
  7. Remove lid and simmer 2-3 more minutes
  8. Add lemon juice and garam masala, garnish with koriander leaves/parsley
