koriander leaves or parsley for garnish (optional)
- Dice onion, potato, cauliflower and tomatoes, mince garlic and ginger
- Sautee onion for 3-5 min in oil. until transparent
- Add ginger, garlic, cumin, tumeric, koriander and chili powder, continue sauteeing for 30s
- Add tomatoes, fry until slightly brown
- Add potatoes, broth and salt, simmer for 5-6min
- Add cauliflower and simmer with lid on until the vegetables are soft
- Remove lid and simmer 2-3 more minutes
- Add lemon juice and garam masala, garnish with koriander leaves/parsley
