Aburaage

  1. Press out tofu water
  2. Cut tofu into thin sliced (the thinner the better)
  3. Preheat oil to medium heat (120-150C)
  4. Fry tofu once, remove from oil and pat dry
  5. Heat oil to high temperature (200-250C)
  6. Fry tofu again, remove from oil and pat dry
